ProSantaLicense Limited 3 Day Return Policy
All ProSantaLicenses are inspected for quality before leaving our facility. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction by offering a professional, high quality product. Due to the custom nature of our service, we have a limited 3 day return policy. Even though returns are extremely rare for our type of product, we do try to make the process as painless as possible.
PLEASE READ THE DETAILS CAREFULLY.
You may return your ProSantaLicense within business 3 days of receipt ONLY if it arrives damaged; with a physical defect.
You must email customer service before returning your ProSantaLicense. No returns are accepted without authorization from a customer service representative https://apoteksv.se/. For returns email: sales@prosantalicense.com
Your return must be post marked within 3 business days of receipt.
You must return the ProSantaLicense along with original packaging.
We do not pay for return shipping.
Please note: We will not be held responsible for items “lost in the mail”. This rarely happens, but if it is a concern, please ask for shipping insurance in advance.
The Fine Print
To make sure your card has the best quality always upload high resolution digital pictures (at least 300dpi, no larger than 2MB size) taken on any solid dark color or light color background. Of course, we are happy to use the image of your choice no matter the background.
Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for delivery. We will not process any requests for changes to your card, after the card has been approved for printing.
We will not process changes to your card once the card has been printed.
We are not responsible for any mistakes or misspellings. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all information. Please make sure to double check your proof and all of the card content before confirming your order. (You will be sent an email proof of your license for approval, before it is printed.)
Your order can not be canceled once your ProSantaLicense has been printed.
Please note: Color shown on the computer may not be an accurate representation of the final printed color. The color of final product may vary because of the heat used to make cards, brightness of substrates and variation in printing process.
CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) are the colors used in the printing process, whereas RGB (Red, Green and Blue) are the colors used by screen displays such as your monitor. Many of the bright values produced by your monitor cannot be reproduced in print. Therefore, the colors in the printed product may vary slightly. Please note that JPEG files are almost always in RGB.
